English version

Since I have the Thermomix I often make savory doughs of focaccia and pizza, because it is very simple. Just put all the ingredients in the mug, mix for two minutes at ear speed and it’s done!

500 gr of 00 flour
300 ml of water
20 g of brewer’s yeast, I prefer to use dry mother yeast and it takes 30 g per half kilo of flour
1 teaspoon sugar
50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of fine salt
chives
sage
thyme
rosemary
1 tablespoon of coarse salt

Focaccia with herbs bimby recipe and traditional recipe:

Put the herbs in the thermomix bowl and chop 10 sec vel 3/4
Add the yeast you have chosen, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 25 ml of oil, water: 10 sec speed 2
Add the flour and the fine salt and knead 10 sec speed 6 and 2 min at speed. Ear.
Make a ball with the dough obtained and let it rise for 1 hour, or at least until the dough has doubled.

I heat the oven at 50 ° then I turn it off leaving only the light on and put it inside covered with a damp cloth.
Now spread the dough on a pan greased with oil and let it rise again for 1 hour.

For the traditional dough I don’t know what you use if your hands or the planetary mixer, however the procedure is the same mix all the ingredients and let rise.

Brush the remaining oil (25 ml) on the surface of the focaccia, sprinkle with coarse salt and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °.

Cook for 20 minutes or until the surface is golden brown.

Enjoy Angela.
