Raisin muffins – english version

My nephew loves raisins, on Friday while my sister works with me. So I thought about combining two things for his snack that he likes sweets and raisins, so here is the recipe for these muffins.

Raisin muffins ingredients:

• 200 g 00 flour
• 1 egg
• 1 glass of milk
1/2 sachet of vanilla yeast
• 60 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 30 g of raisins
• a pinch of salt

Raisin muffins procedure:

First, soak the raisins for half an hour.
Take the butter at room temperature, and mix it with the sugar, turning it in a container with a wooden spoon. Add the eggs, stirring constantly. Dilute the mixture with milk, add the sifted flour together with the yeast, a pinch of salt and salt and work until all the ingredients are absorbed.

Drain the raisins, pass them in a little flour before incorporating them into the dough, so it doesn’t all go under. This procedure you have to do it every time you add some heavy ingredient to the dough.

Put the dough in the paper cups, fill them 3/4. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees: the surface must be golden but the inside soft. Always worth the toothpick test.
