Ingredienti Risotto agli spinaci:
6 cubetti di spinaci
300 gr di riso per risotti
parmigiano grattugiato
burro 50 gr
sale/pepe q.b.
Procedimento Risotto agli spinaci:

Since I have the Bimby (because I don’t have to turn 😉 the risotto is a dish that I do quite often especially in winter.
I had spinach cubes in the freezer and decided to prepare spinach risotto.
Ingredients Spinach risotto:
6 cubes of spinach
300 grams of rice for risotto
grated Parmesan cheese
butter 50 gr
salt / pepper q.b.
Spinach Risotto Procedure:
I put the spinach cubes in the microwave to thaw, then I put them in the Bimby jug, after squeezing them and giving them a few shots of the turbo to break them up a bit, I added butter and rice to stir for 2 min 100 ° anti-clockwise vel.
Then I added a lot of water, previously heated in the kettle to cover the rice, I always keep a little water in case it should serve. Cook at least 15 minutes.
If you don’t have the Thermomix use the traditional pot: I put it to heat the water to make the broth in a kettle.
Meanwhile, toast the rice with the onion and the oil, add all the ingredients except the butter I add at the end of cooking. Add water little by little and I never stop spinning.
Finally add butter, Parmesan and stir in the rice.
Enjoy your meal!
